Pam Liggett

Pam is a seasoned veteran in the structured settlement industry with experience dating back to 1989. Pam’s broad range of skills and expertise can be attributed to her hands-on involvement in negotiating settlements in high profile toxic-tort and products liability claims early on in her career. Pam partners with clients in all types of personal injury cases but specializes in medical malpractice claims and providing clients with an in depth-analysis of life care plans and economists reports to help tailor personalized settlement solutions.

With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Pam’s clients, both plaintiff and defense alike, consider her contributions to the settlement negotiation a key component to the process. Pam focuses her efforts on creating bridge solutions that effectively facilitate claim closure. Doing so, helps injured families focus on securing their future and provides elimination of risk for all parties involved.

Prior to becoming a structured settlement specialist, Pam built a long and successful career in the insurance industry, where she focused on resolving claims for leading carriers including The Travelers Insurance Company and The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Her extensive background in claims management laid the foundation for her expertise in guiding clients through the settlement process and delivering tailored solutions

Fluent in Spanish, she received her B.A. in business administration/Spanish in 1988.
